About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of our product. You will be the "CEO of the product," responsible for maximizing value for our users and our business.
In this role, you will live at the intersection of Business, Technology, and UX. You won't just manage a backlog; you will define the why and the what before our engineers build the how. If you are obsessed with user feedback and data-driven decisions, this is your launchpad.
### What You Will Do
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with business goals and user needs.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and conceptualization to launch and post-launch iteration.
Agile Leadership: Act as the Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies, managing the backlog and writing clear, actionable User Stories.
User Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
Cross-Functional Collab: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure products are delivered on time and to spec.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics (KPIs) and analyze product performance data to inform future iterations.
